Saturday 21 March, Day 1 of staying home.

Mixed emotions as we decide how we are going to structure our days going ahead.
The restaurant closure has meant the home delivery and take away options will be open. We are hoping we will be able to do a Mc Donald drive through on days things are not looking very nice. Or may be indulge in an occasional treat from Bombay central.
We had the left -over from yesterday for lunch. It was Nan, Kali dal, Lamb Kolapuri, Butter chicken and Malai Chicken. We all skipped dinner as two consecutive meals from Bombay Central meant we needed to give our systems a bit of time to deal with it.

Sunday 29th March - Tea time chat

This was the second Sunday we have had in the lockdown, one full week of us not leaving home. We have just been out on short walks. I have taken Orko for a walk down to Welbeck road and back, but never to the park. We had a lunch of creamy chicken with beans and potato and pasta for dinner. The food stuff will not last us 3 months, but we are not eating badly. Today we had a chat on Zoom with Emese and Nadia's family. It was nice to have the social contact. We later had a chat with Subhadra and Mayukh too. Yesterday night the UK death tool crossed 1,000. The calls were much needed distractions.
